Why did I receive a refund?Updated a year ago

There are two main reasons why you might receive a refund:


1. Product Did Not Meet Production Requirements: If the ordered product does not achieve the required sales volume to go into production, we will issue a refund for that specific item.

2. Excess Shipping Fees: If you paid multiple shipping fees for orders placed under the same account and address in the same round, we will refund the excess charges after the preorder period concludes.
